Currently, we have a particular need for contract attorney talent with particular expertise in contracts, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, employment law and intellectual property.
Downtown Seattle law firm seeks a contract attorney to work variable hours up to full-time on an ongoing basis handling an assortment of insurance defense cases, including primarily injury and premises liability matters. The contract attorney to be hired for this position will have 4+ years civil litigation experience and be 100% competent and comfortable preparing and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to summary judgment and other motions, making court appearances and managing smaller arbitrations. He or she must have experience with the type of detail billing/time keeping records required in insurance defense matters. He or she will, ideally, have injury related insurance defense experience.
