Legal Ease was founded by Washington attorney Lynda Jonas in 1996 to fill an unserved need in our local legal community for attorney focused recruiting services.  Ms. Jonas remains our firm’s Placement Director leading our dedicated staff of legal professionals to consistently achieve our mission.

Connected

It is imperative your recruiter be connected to and respected by your target talent.

Legal Ease is deeply and broadly connected to Washington’s attorney community.  We consistently serve on boards and in leadership positions with numerous local legal organizations touching both the private and corporate practice sectors*.  Additionally, we also conduct daily, multilayered outreach to the full spectrum of attorney prospects located in or relocating to our region.  We are well known and respected throughout your target talent market.

Attorneys Only/Washington State Only:  Quality attorney candidates are not interested in working with broad spectrum legal staffing companies.  They demand the specialized expertise of an attorney focused recruiting firm.  Moreover, they seek out “the” recruiting firm based in and best connected to their target market – i.e. Washington State attorney employers.

Our Fees, Etc.:

Legal Ease is typically engaged by our clients on an exclusive basis.  Our fees are earned upon attorney hire.

Legal Ease offers specially structured fee arrangements, including those for “growth” clients which include reduced fees for multiple attorney or practice group hires.
